hello all, i'm new windows 10. how switch between sub windows without minimizing main window, ex. i'm playing csgo , want switch between windows on second monitor while wait next match, every time game window minimize/

how switch between sub windows without minimizing main window  

try putting game on secondary monitor , leave taskbar off on secondary monitor.  there less reason game sense being suspended (which suspect).  more importantly none of usual task switching mechanisms need appear on secondary monitor.  use task manager (ctrl-shift-esc, appear on primary) check happening game.  note can sort tm details tab status descending see suspended tasks @ top.  happens depends on whether game windows program or windows store app.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
