Updates invalidate password and locks out user - Microsoft Community


edge option "restart , update" when power up.  after updates completed, password sign wife's computer no longer worked.  the hint same password email account.  that password did not work.  when went reset password option, asked password recovery cd, supposedly created @ install time.  however, never saw requirement when previous microsoft update forced windows 7 edge.  

how can unlock wife's computer , reset password without cd?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
