windows 10 action center will not open - Microsoft Community


action center in windows 10 refuses open. no error messages, no indication of issues, not open when right click open command

hello,

based on description of issue, seems action center not responding when try open it. isolate causing it, need know answers following questions:

have tried opening action center using different user profile?

have performed troubleshooting steps resolve issue?

does issue happened after update?

we looking forward response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
