Windows 10 not responding - Microsoft Community

past couple of days every time try on computer, a website, email, or else  my computer freezes , says not responding. windows 10 has been nothing big problems. how fix problem or need switch to windows 7, because did not have these problems when used it.

another step try defragment hard disk disk fragmentation work can slow down computer. perform that, follow steps below:

1. type defrag in cortana, windows search box on task bar.
   
2. select defragment , optimize drives result.
3. select disk drive want optimize.
