after getting automatic update on 4/11/17, windows startup slow. takes around 5 minutes reach desktop. wrong?

since mentioned issue happened after recent update, recommend run windows update troubleshooter repair problems encountered after process.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
