how can fix issue , keep reappearing?

once c:\users\nicktoms hit dead end because can't find next folder "appdata"

it's hidden folder. can this:

1. press windows key , type cmd.exe
2. right-click "console" box top, left-click run administrator. give black window.
   
3. type cd \users {enter}
4. type cd nicktoms {enter}
5. type cd appdata {enter}
6. type cd roaming {enter}
7. type cd microsoft {enter}
8. type cd windows {enter}
9. type cd "start menu" {enter}
10. type cd  programs {enter}
11. type cd startup {enter}
12. type notepad injector.vbs.vbs {enter}
13. delete contents of file.
14. insert line wscript.quit
15. save & close file.
