i think i've got standard story. shows error (ask parent or guardian help).  i can not download 16+ apps. i tried change age, runed "wsreset", reboot. did not help

the error got within family settings in windows 10. adding family member on family settings, can manage websites, applications, , games appropriately.

to resolve error getting, need turn off family settings in windows 10.

let know if need more assistance.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
