hi reason there weird black rectangle on desktop, , when click on it creates little square under rectangle wherever click. annoying , want rid of don't know how

  • were there changes made on computer prior issue?
  • do have new installed program?

and also, send screenshot of black rectangle that referring to.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
