issues with opening new documents - Microsoft Community


when have  document open on desktop , try open document instead off opening in front of current document hides behind open.  in order open second document have minimize or close first one.  can changed.  never had issue previous versions of windows.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
