old account/new account login - Microsoft Community


a few weeks ago advised ms close account because of security problem, did , opened new 1 - different email, different password.  keep getting notification telling me 'fix' account - , when click on notification asked sign in old email identity.  if ignore , go 'my account', find logged in under new email , fine.  being repeatedly asked sign in account rights ought not exist @ all, since closed down on 29 january.  problem getting (so far know) on onenote, meant sync across various devices , onedrive, every time use insists won't sync unless log in.

all tiresome, , worrying, since seems old account should have been killed off still haunting system.  how exorcise ghost?

to address query, you'll have 60 days after close account change mind. microsoft permanently removes account after 60 days, , lose access services require microsoft account email address , password sign-in. suggest wait time frame end , check again if receive same notification.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
