Opening windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i message saying "we can't sign account" says problem can fixed signing out of account , signing in. if don't sign out now, files create of changes make lost.   gives box says  sign out  , says  dismiss.

i have done nothing happens.  can't in. hit dismiss option on thisl

as initial resolution, let's check pending updates.

to check updates now, go to settings > update & security > windows update, and select check updates. if windows update says pc date, have updates available.

we suggest create new user account , check issue status in new user account. analyze issue, find cause , resolution. if new account works fine you, add microsoft credentials , use microsoft account.
