This morning my key icons in the start menu disappeared even though it - Microsoft Community


has else had problem , how resolve it? turned on computer morning , of ms office apps no longer showing in start menu. went them , they're not showing in choices can select. programs still there , showing on desktop , when search them , find them, says pinned start menu. however, none of them visible. when tried unpinning , re-pinning, no success. of other non-ms office apps showing (which stranger).

based on information have provided in post, need further investigation. assist better, we'd know following:

  • were there recent changes on device?
  • were there external devices connected computer when happened?
  • have installed software?

on other hand, suggest perform clean boot , check if issue persists. done start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs. also, helps eliminate software conflicts of update or when run program in windows. check article steps on how perform clean boot , choose operating system you're using.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
