Trying to run Scannow from command prompt...says I need admin - Microsoft Community


hi,

i've searched answers seems go around in circle. found being in admin group doesn't give same rights admin..ok, dumb. since there no admin account aware of..but anyway. told go uac. on machine can't find this. did search, came nothing? so..any ideas? running windows 10 home might explain why can't find uac? so..can not change have admin rights on account in administrators group???

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
