unblocking an account - Microsoft Community

i have had hotmail account many years , skype account haven't used time can access email account through phone acquired son.  think avenues covered.  on saturday grandson wanted me chat him on skype couldn't remember password  i tried password reset did not landed creating account via partner.  went hotmail account , surprise blocked after 8 times of sending same information stated it  refusing unblock account.  can see emails still coming in account via phone.  remember account name , password keeps asking last email i sent subject , because cannot send exact title @ loose end.  why couldn't ask rubbish keeps coming in have had email address long every 1 knows my email  , there no phone number contact them .  big company no number why!!!! , why rely on community others don't enough money have help.., , vitual chat not in way ... ideas ?... know seem have a hotmail  account , a outlook.com  and 2 lots of skyp reset password on 1 skyp def not email address **** from

we got on this. since have tried reset password process , doesn't work, suggest try recovering account. please fill account recovery form via link and check if helps. if have forgotten information used in creating account, can provide details on long not leave blank spaces.
