Use another account when original password is forgotten - Microsoft Community


so had account forgot password.

then got stuck on screen enter password. sent request microsoft support, made new account anyways, , planned on using it. dont know how add new account on computer, can help?

to assist concern, advise use device recover account. then, go microsoft.live.com > change password (forgot password). once have changed it, restart pc , try logging in again.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
