at point, our option reinstall windows 10 on pc. you can use tool to create installation media (dvd, usb flash drive, or iso file) reinstall windows 10. to learn more information on how create , use installation media, kindly check link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
