Win 10 upgrade problems - Microsoft Community


my hp pavilion m9162 has not worked since upgrade win 10.  started life using os vista, upgraded win7 progress win 10.  samsung plug n play monitor (2008) seems affected screen colours though can faintly see online , search.  using lappie now.  won't wake sleep. can wrong?

before can understand why encounter problem computer, please share information following:

you may having problem because machine not compatible windows 10. if case, suggest reset computer previous operating system. can check page see how works.

it helpful if try hard reset machine , tell options get. done unplugging power cord boot system. may need performed multiple times before recovery options.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
