Windows 10 can't open any apps that require Wi-Fi - Microsoft Community


i have hp pavilion desktop computer runs latest version of windows 10. recently, have noticed apps did not open , continually loaded forever. walked away 10 minutes, , app still loading.

the apps have tested far , not work discord, steam, , windows store. however, if try use not require wi-fi, launches no problem. ideas of how fix?

i have tried system restore , sfc /scannow , both of these still haven't fixed problem. please help!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
