Windows 10 Crashes regularly due to a bugcheck - Microsoft Community

my windows reguraly crashes bluescreen. 

i thought hard-disk problem, bought new one. didn't solved problem.

in windows logs : 

the computer has rebooted bugcheck.  the bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffff80808b4e0640, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). dump saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: a7686ab6-921b-48b8-92b6-ee5815ec79c9.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
