every time turn ion windows 10 vaio computer notice windows firewall needs turned on.

i go system security -control panel , not turn on -- use administrative permission

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
