Windows 10 slow process when connected to internet and failure to - Microsoft Community

what options lap top running windows 10 works fine without being connected internet , when connected internet not work , frezzes , slows down.

also there problem resetting or going previois build.

what reccomend.

also due internet issue whcih connected , working fine updates not download , online technical fails.

thanks reaching out us. determine possible cause of issue, we'd ask few information:

  • were there changes made on pc prior this?
  • have checked if network adapters up-to-date? here's how:

1. press windows key + x, , click on device manager.

2. expand network adapter, right-click on adapter, , click update.

3. may refer manufacturer's website, or contact them (oem) latest drivers.

  • when issue freezing occurs? occur when try open app/ program, or when open browser? let's perform clean boot identify if third-party applications or startup items causing issue. make sure network services enabled.
  • do have other antivirus software installed on pc? suggest turn off antivirus software installed on pc, , see if resolve concern.
  • how connected internet? have checked if have stable internet connection? can try connect other devices can check if it's internet connection issue. article may helpful if have network connection issues in windows 10.
  • have checked memory , memory usage of pc? see tips improve pc performance in windows 10.
  • how trying access reset pc option? through settings, or sign-in screen? see recovery options in windows 10. includes instructions on how go earlier build. if wish reset pc, have option either keep files or remove everything. however, recommend sort things out first, before perform of recovery options. please make sure you important files.

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
