Windows10 - Microsoft Community


i'm not sure why, after getting windows 10 on laptop (hp envy, had windows 8.1 before) have restart everytime login account before using it. if put laptop sleep, it'll wake time , date information, accounts have setup don't show until restart completed. 

after restart fine don't want have restart laptop everytime use it. 

anyone know why happens , how can fix it?

this issue might caused system conflicts. resolve issue, suggest performing clean boot eliminate software conflicts after update. know how perform clean boot, refer on link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
