Xbox parental controls not working properly - Microsoft Community


i have 2 accounts, gamertag1 , gamertag2.

gamertag1 is account , has no restrictions whatsoever. has passkey set son cannot log it.

gamertag2 is child account (age 10 - dob set correctly on microsoft account) , has restrictions set age 12. account has passkey set i've tried removing , still got nowhere.

what trying achieve ability grant permission 'once' or 'always' says here: http://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-one/security/grant-exception-child-content-limits

however, when attempt launch content such halo 5 when signed in as gamertag2, asks passkey/password. when entered, game starts.

i don't want have every single time son wants play halo don't want allow able play of games gta5! thought being able allow 'always' solve problem, yet can't screen.

have missed obvious? i've been through settings on console , website many times can't see i've done wrong.

please help!!
