i received call microsoft , since because haven't paid protection bla bla bla, computer closes reminding me call #.

what should do?

it's scam. call not microsoft--who never call out of blue. disconnect internet , run antivirus , anti malware programs , change passwords. remove/disable suspicious startup programs. friend if necessary. anti malware free personal use-- malwarebytes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
