Am I being hacked/ Changed C: Drive Permissions - Microsoft Community


i'm having issues unauthorised permission given authenticated users on c: drive, how has given special permissions authenticated users , grayed out cant change , folder's in c: drive belong (s-1-5-21-1800742781-42368032-4135958153-1003) instead of (administrators (user\administrators))

this leads me think have been hacked being denied access number of folders in c: drive used have access to 

p.s there called wormgr.exe accessing internet c: drive

are sure not wermgr.exe - windows error reporting reporting errors microsoft!

with respect to s-1-5-21-1800742781-42368032-4135958153-1003, refer user account, hard know each account has different id

do have permission create new folder on c drive?

what folders on c drive can not access previously had access to?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
