Can't Log into My Account - Microsoft Community


hello,

my computer has decided take dump. won't let me log administrator account. logs me 'temporary account' can't access files or anything.

my computer is:

toshiba satellite l855d-s5220

edition: windows 10 home

version: 1607

product id: 00326-10000-00000-aa256

processor: amd a8-4500m apu radeon(tm) hd graphics 1.90ghz

installed ram: 6.00 gb (5.47 gb usable)

system type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

problem:

an app default reset

an app caused problem default app setting .pdf files, reset microsoft edge.

if can, please do! thanks!

i don't have problem temp profile did have error today.

do have malwarebytes ver 3.0x installed known cause profile corruption logs temp profile, mbam website has update fixes this.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
