Changes to Windows 10 command prompt don't take effect - Microsoft Community


i'm trying make changes command prompt, don't seem take effect.  when open new command prompt still uses old settings, though can see changes in default settings.  closing window , opening new window doesn't help, nor rebooting.  any suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
