PC start up problem - Microsoft Community


hy have zoostorm pc not start initial switch on blue screen duel bios gigabyte written on top. pc running have switch on @ mains, turn on @ pc open , close cd drawer. turn off @ pc mains switch leave few minutes turn on @ mains . turn on @ pc hit keys f7f8 , f11 f12 after few minutes pc boots up. have every time turn on. once running works on windows 10. ideas apart buying hammer 

bab news > has problem started or has been around while?

does error message  appear, if so, error?

have installed new apps or updates recently?

have installed or replaced new hardware devices?

can provide photo / screen shot of opening screen?



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

dear all, lately i've found folder in both c: , d:, named $av_asw. inside there vault folder , within folder, db file can't open notepad or ms access. idea on this? i've tried googling gave me avast instead, however, i've used avast more 3 years now, no such file exist before. virus or bug or malware or whatever? please advice. thanks! what name of file? sounds avasts vault put potentially unwanted or infected files prevent them doing harm. WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
