in startup welcome screen, shows photo in oblong frame. how remove photo , see logo in place..

hi bob,

fix issue removing account photo welcome screen startup, let's try these steps:

1. press windows key + r key launch run dialog box.

2. copy , paste following code:

%appdata%\microsoft\windows\accountpictures

3. delete account profile pictures located in folder.

4. sign-out , sign-in account again.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
