BLACK SCREEN AFTER WIN 10 UPDATE - Microsoft Community


updated win 10. put laptop sleep. totally black screen. searched endlessly microsoft don't seem grasp can't @ because screen strays black. help, someone, please.

there possibility due windows corruption. proper isolation, kindly verify following:

  • any recent changes made on computer aside recent update?
  • did encounter error messages?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done fix issue?

we're looking forward response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
