have desktop , laptop under same windows account. can change account on laptop?

you can create new account on laptop, make administrator , delete old account

if don't want be a new user use different credentials convert login account local account. once logged in local user convert microsoft account use different credentials.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
