Cannot run some programs as administrator - Microsoft Community

for unknown reason(s), cannot run wifi adapter application. not working , had reinstall after uninstalling windows program interface. when went reinstall anew, application stop installing had not privilege so. running directly administrator had not worked either. did install in safe mode, can't run executable (it wont when prompted run) , can't run administrator either.

i'm user of computer 1 account, being administrator. follows message sent when try run admin.

this app has been blocked protection.

why so?

for further troubleshooting, follow steps below:

1. right-click on installer file, select properties.
2. in advanced security settings, tick check box replace child object permission entries inheritable permission entries object and click apply and ok.
3. go the security tab check if have full access file , folder.
4. under group or user names, click edit and check if have full control. if not, tick on check box , click ok.
5. once done, go to advanced security settings click disable inheritance and choose remove inherited permission object.
