hi,

for better assistance, we'd know following:

  • which build , version of windows 10 running on laptop?

to check version, press windows key + r > type winver > hit enter.

  • can provide recent updates installed on computer?

to view update history, press windows key + i > select update & security > under update status, click update history.

note: please include screenshot in post.

we're looking forward reply.
