MS Upgraded my MS 10 and Now the Taskbar is Nowhere to be found - - Microsoft Community


i wonder if provide me assistance please. not techie person , have tried of recommendations ms , comments offered, yet nothing has worked.

problem: ms upgraded ms 10 newer version yesterday , when turned on morning, taskbar found. tried tip on pressing windows key locate it, right clicking on desktop pull settings (i can't find settings button or how that!), change location of taskbar (thinking "outside" of screen area). 

please let me know how settings , how replace taskbar @ bottom of screen (i can't find "files", "downloads" or anything!).

like others, not have time go through "days" of trying figure out, , have noticed , found out myself, ms not have contact number have help. 

any advice take care of these 2 items appreciated! much!

when press windows key start open.

to open file explorer see files on device press (and hold) windows key , tap e. shortcut key sequence known as winkey + e

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
