Unknown application opening and closing very quickly - Microsoft Community

hi everyone,

i have odd problem unknown application flashes open in window , closes immediately. unfortunately it's fast cannot see might identify culprit. see window open , close quickly.

it's particularly annoying if i'm in full screen application because when opens i'm tabbed out of current application , end on desktop.

here i've tried far:

the usual turn off , on etc.

uninstalling applications installed around time started noticing problem.

disabled start-up applications don't need.

my anti virus malwarebytes 3.1.2 has not detected malicious program through active monitoring or full scan.

i've opened task manager , watched processes hoping when window popped see spike in cpu/memory on application identify it. unfortunately when window opened saw no spike in activity on process.

what can tell unknown application:

it opens , closes within 1 second or less , occurs sporadically ... maybe every 30 minutes on average.

it has "classic" themed window different default windows 10 theme.

my system:

windows 10 pro 64-bit

core i7 6700k

16gb ram

what like:

i want remove program, or if cannot removed, stop popping up. if has ideas on how @ least identify application help.

it service came along update responds particular program when being used, displaying unknown dialog box. resolve concern, recommend perform clean boot in windows eliminate software conflicts occur when install program or update or when run program in windows 10. perform clean boot in windows 10, follow steps provided on link.
