User Account Problem - Microsoft Community


hello, yesterday not open edge browser. problem still going on. have tried several times shows me message have attached here.
after found photos, music, videos, apps not opening @ all. every time tried open them gives me message have "built in administrator account, have use account" have attached here. didn't change account. using long time. plz see messages & give me valuable solution. fortunately installed mozilla firefox. that's why can ask help.

do remember enabling hidden administrator?   possible else did this?

if not may issue there fixes @ microsoft edge can't opened. using built in administrator - microsoft community , [fix] microsoft edge can't opened using built-in administrator account. sign in different account , try again. including comments section.

if suggestions don't go on windows 10 performance , install integrity checklist - microsoft community.   if steps cannot performed try them in safe mode following how enter windows 10's safe mode.  can run repair commands if necessary command prompt @ boot in advanced startup options in windows 10. 

if nothing else helps seems create windows 10 installation media , run windows 10 repair upgrade on present install reinstall os while saving files, programs , settings in place.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
