Windows 10 screen flickering after Office download - Microsoft Community


hello, 

i trying set new computer, reach same error every time: screen flickers between desktop , black screen. know known problem, non of fixes can find online seem help.

i have tried following solve problem:

- swap computer one

- reinstall computer

- run in safe mode remove display drivers (problem still there in safe mode, nothing possible) 

- stop 2 processes people write should fix problem

the computer not run norton or orher of apps known problem, in fact 2 apps got install before problem started google chrome , office 365, latter installed last , problem started right when download had finished. 

any solutions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
