enjoyed different pictures different parts of world. these showed when first turned on computer. son signed in own wallpaper show

to clarify, did set lock screen background windows spotlight?

to this, type lock screen in cortana , click lock screen settings.

on left side of window, click lock screen , select windows spotlight in drop down menu under background.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
