Hibernation Issues - Microsoft Community


hi:

i've read , tried suggestions other posts regarding programs (applications) closed when powered on hibernation or sleep mode in windows 10.  nothing working. 

tried powercfg -restoredefaultschemes; updating display monitor via device manager did not help; etc.

hibernation mode powers on quicker restart boot process, desktop literally looks rebooted pc. nothing open during hibernate mode opened when powered on.  only file explorer remains in tact.  all other programs no longer on desktop.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
