lost start menu and cortana functions - Microsoft Community


since syncing ms id computer locked start menu , cortana can access what's on desktop. when ran start menu troubleshooter, got 2 following messages: "microsoft.windows>shellexperiencehost" , "microsoft.windows.cortana" applications need installed correctly. unable fix these how supposed access not microsoft's start menu now?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
