Microsoft Account "Find my device" Hyperlink Missing but - Microsoft Community


i have 3 devices attached microsoft account, 3 laptops "find device" enabled in os.

the first 1 shows toggle on "find device" os, there no hyperlink locate it. other 2 out of 3 have "find device" hyperlink select , appear on map when clicked:

anyone else having problem well? can't find commonality.

we know more concern better assist you.

  • are signed in same microsoft account administrator on device?
  • is other device connected internet? device sends location if it’s connected wi-fi , has enough battery power.
  • did make changes prior issue?

you may try remove device list , register again refresh page.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
