Red Screen Log in Failure - Microsoft Community


when try login in computer working fine , wasn't error message set against red screen:

the user profile service service failed sign-in.

user profile cannot loaded.

if enter incorrect password, password incorrect error message. have never seen or heard of error before. 

it older computer running os 10.

hi,

we know more issue.

  • when did issue start?
  • did make changes on pc before issue started?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done on end?

we're keeping eye reply regarding issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
