windows 10 home laptop shutdown when has 58% charge..

after need connect charger turn on. how solve this..?

  • when did notice issue?
  • does shut down while having same battery percentage left on laptop?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
