i having same issue not being able bring taskbar calendar , it's happened before, never before windows 10 came along.

i have noticed how on years microsoft updates wreak temporary havoc on normal operation of computer. wish microsoft figure out way make updates play little nicer. updates seem cause of many issues. feel happens lot more used way in day. sorts of odd things happen. think microsoft forgot computer's primary use user's own purpose, not updates. 2¢.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
