Windows 10 keep freezing after Creator's update - Microsoft Community


ok happened two days ago started when tried update windows 10 the update before creators update and pc started freezing randomly happens around 1-2 hours start up sometimes can unfreeze ctrl alt deleting , spamming windows button need restart don't know if because of same issue when restart says trying repair hard drive c , 1 time hard drive d disconnected

i tried downloading new drivers wont work

my pc new built 3 months ago worked until now

it's possible programs on computer affected update, causing computer freeze. we'd learn more concern provide proper resolution. have few questions you:

  • which version of windows 10 on computer? check, click start, type winver, , press enter. please include build number well.
  • does computer freeze whenever application running?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far, aside downloading new drivers?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
