[Windows 10 Pro] Sometime, character on Start menu, Microsort - Microsoft Community


hi,

i upgraded windows 10 pro windows 7 pro yesterday.
display situation of pc become bad new windows 10 pro. character on start menu, notification menu, microsort edge, mail... sometime disappear.  (see pictures)

please me!

***my pc hardware includes***
1) cpu: intel pentium e2180
2) ram: ddr2 2gb
3) main board: biostart p31-a7
4) graphic: radeon x1550 64-bit 128mb

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
