Windows 7 Startup Sound Plays When Starting Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


hello community,

i have windows 10 signature edition pc use hours every day , discovered when pc starting up, greeted windows 7 startup sound, there no login, logof, or shut down sounds, startup one.

does have idea of why happening, i'm not worried it, kind of explanation.

system specs:

asus vivobook flip tp501uq

12gb ram

nvidia geforce 940mx

intel core i7

windows 10 has similar startup sound same windows 7. can turn off if don't want right clicking on speaker icon on taskbar , select "sounds". down bottom of window pops uncheck box says "play windows start-up sound" , click ok.


Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
