Windows Desktop Problem - Microsoft Community


hello, using windows 10 on pc.

usually, problem dose not occur, sometime's when delete stuff desktop, create new folder/txt document or move stuff around on desktop, 2nd monitor's background turn green, , on other monitor, when hover on icons, green background, attach pictures better explain this:

may know if have made software or hardware changes device prior issue isolate issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
