Windows won't boot - Microsoft Community


i have encountered problem  toshiba pc won't boot. when press power button shows preparing automatic repair , windows defender (offline) scans. , restarts. after see bsod showing

stop code :- system thread exception  not handled 

what failed :- fltmgr.sys

i have tried pressing f8; shift+f8,f9,f2; ctrl+ alt+delete when start pc not  (i stop pressing these keys when defender offline scan.)

please help!!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
