i have received phone call indicating there problems system. wanted remote access system , gave me computer license i'd windows, which said no 1 other microsoft have.
i believe and have told him after validate licence i'd.
is scam?

this advice given has phone calls malware, license expiry, etc.
we have errors , warnings in our event viewer, ploy use scare you
these so-called "microsoft" tech companies either want sell worthless software, or gain remote access computer try and steal banking , credit card details , carry out indentity theft on you.
you 1 knows if have given them remote access.
if have given them remote access , if you internet banking, contact bank, explain them , change passwords.
if use credit card online, cancel , new 1 issued you.
and way willl know free of them save data , clean install of operating system.
